Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that vinyl records are securely cushioned to prevent warping or damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned media for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement within 5-7 business days.
